Shipping & Delivery
How quickly will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days from Co. Kildare.
Ireland: 2–4 working days.
Northern Ireland: 2–5 working days.
I need it for a show. Can you get it to me on time?
If it's tight, email us with your order number and the date you need it, and we'll do our best.
How much is delivery?
- Ireland: Standard €5.50 or Tracked €6.95. Free on orders over €65.
- Northern Ireland: £11.50-£15 with UPS
- Rest of the EU: from €7-€20 with UPS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by location, and all available options will be shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, if you have chosen Tracked Delivery you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, treats and feed can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
My order arrived damaged
Email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we'll sort it.

Are Glas Equine supplements natural?
Yes. Our supplements are carefully selected natural ingredients designed to support your horse’s wellbeing.
Which supplement is right for my horse?

Can I feed more than one supplement?
Yes! Our supplements are single natural herbs and are designed to be combined. Popular pairings are Marshmallow Root + Liquorice Root for winter breathing, and Devil's Claw with any of the range.
Which are competition legal?
Devil's Claw and Mellow Mare are not competition legal; withdraw them 14 days before competing. All of our other supplements are legal.
Is Mellow Mare safe for me to handle?
Yes. It's agnus castus, a natural herb, and doesn't carry the handling risks associated with synthetic hormone products.
I have several horses. Do you do bigger bags?
Yes. Our supplements come in 1kg bags, and we offer 25kg bulk bags at a lower price per kg for yards and multi-horse owners. Email us for a quote info@glasequine.com.
Feeding Guide
How long before I see results?
Every horse is different. Many customers notice changes within 30 days of consistent feeding.
How much should I feed my horse?
Each herb has its own daily amount, depending on the supplement and your horse’s size. You’ll find it on every product page and in our Feeding Guide. Introduce any new supplement gradually over about a week, and feed it every day for the best results.
Subscriptions
How much do I save?
Subscribers save 15% on every order. For example, Marshmallow Root drops from €36,95 to €31,40 a bag.
Choose how often you’d like it delivered, and your horse’s supplement arrives before the last bag runs out, so there are no gaps in feeding. Herbs work best fed consistently, so that matters.
You’re never locked in. Skip a delivery, change how often it comes, pause it or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees.
How do I pause or cancel?
Log in to your account, open My Subscriptions and choose skip, pause or cancel. There's no fee and no minimum term.
When will I be charged?
The day each order is processed, at the interval you chose. We'll email you beforehand.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Can I change my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes. We work with selected equestrian retailers and stockists throughout Ireland.
