Returns & Refunds
When you purchase from Glas Equine you are supporting a small business and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us at email@example.com.
- The purchase was made within the last 28 days.
- The product is in original condition with packaging intact.
- There are no visible signs of damage to the product or packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
- We recommend sending returns by a reliable trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Final Sale/Discount Code purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To submit your return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and you will receive an email with further information as to whether your request has been accepted. If it is, we will send you instructions on how to return your item to our HQ location. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are very disappointed on the rare occasion that you may receive a faulty product from us.
If you consider your purchase to be faulty please contact us via email immediately at email@example.com with a description and clear photographs of the fault so we can investigate.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and it has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method. It may take some time for your return to be processed by your bank.
